Student information system for schools and colleges

Every Pii Aura module reads from one student record, which is what makes admissions, fees, attendance, exams and communication agree with each other.

Student information system for schools and colleges overview

One record, every department

A student profile carries admission details, class and section, documents, guardian contacts, fee ledger, attendance history and academic results. Departments stop maintaining private copies, and the arguments about which list is current disappear.

History that survives promotion

Records follow students across academic years, class promotions, section changes and branch transfers. Alumni and past-student data stays queryable rather than being archived into a folder nobody opens.

Controlled access to sensitive data

Student data includes guardian contact details, fee history and sometimes biometric logs. Access is role-scoped so faculty, branch admins and owners each see what their work requires, backed by AES-256 encrypted cloud backup sync.

Questions

Student Information System — frequently asked questions

What is a student information system?

A student information system is the central record of every student in an institution — profile, guardians, documents, academics, attendance and fees. In Pii Aura it is the shared record that every other module reads and writes.

Can we import existing student data?

Existing student data is mapped during onboarding, which is scoped alongside modules, branch structure and integrations before implementation begins.

Is student data secure?

Pii Aura's security posture includes AES-256 cloud backup sync and ISO-27001 certified system architecture, with role-based access controlling who can view sensitive records.
